The Hoof It Poultice Boot is a hard wearing canvas boot designed to keep dressings clean, dry and in place for the temporary poulticing of the horses’ hoof.
This canvas boot is an ideal way of treating a hoof abscess whilst the horse is in the stable., or it can be used for short walks across a yard, or on sensible horses in a dry paddock for a short period.
This boot is made from waterproof canvas with a PVC base for extra strength.
It is shaped to the leg and fastened around the pastern with a velcro strap for quick and easy use even in an emergency – no need to resort to the old plastic sack and duct tape method ever again!
