Flex-On Safe-On Stirrup
- The Safe-on stirrups combine comfort, performance and safety.
- They provide technical performance in terms of shock absorption and ergonomics.
- The single branch spring steel frame design will increase the comfort of riders.
- Notwithstanding, its releasable arm will reduce the risk of injury by setting the foot free in the event of a fall.
- Please note that the rider must over 40 kg to enable the trigger of the mechanism. For riders under 40kg the Safe-On Junior is available.
- The arm can then be reset manually.
Flex-On’s technology, fundamental to all our stirrups, relies on three Pillars:
1. Shock Absorption System
- Flex-on stirrups use elastomer shock absorbers with a wide footbed, which cushion the shock-waves from the horse’s movement, helping the rider’s stability and reducing joint stress for all the equestrian disciplines.

2. Stirrup Placement
- The stirrup frame has an offset, skewed slot for the stirrup leather, giving the rider optimum contact with the horse, while the variety of angled footbeds help to achieve a correct leg position in any discipline.

- The instant the rider puts on his stirrups, they position themselves perfectly, and his connection to the horse is immediate.
- The stirrup is found more easily and the tread angle limits tension in the ankles.
3. Stirrup Ergonomics
- The dimensions of the Flex-on stirrup allow perfect postural alignment (shoulders-hips-heels).
- The angle of its sloping footbed promotes a natural descent of the heel.
