- The Lorina Loose Ring French Link Fulmer is a highly popular, specialized snaffle bit primarily designed to aid in steering and directional clarity while maintaining a mild, highly flexible feel in the horse’s mouth.
- It is an exceptional choice for starting young horses or retraining green, uneducated horses.
- The long, vertical “bars” (cheeks) rest flat against the side of the horse’s face. When you ask for a turn, the opposite cheek presses gently against the side of the muzzle, physically guiding the horse’s head. It also prevents the bit from being accidentally pulled completely through the horse’s mouth.
