Shipping costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page.

Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Our Return And Refunds Policy

We hope you’ll love your Manor purchase or order, but we understand there may be times when the saddle pad just doesn’t quite match your horse! We’ll happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition, within 30 days of receipt.​

You won’t unfortunately be able to return the following:​

  • Perishable goods such as feed or supplements. 
  • Items that are made to measure. 
  • Items that are designed for safety or protection such as hats and body protection
  • Ex-display items that were sold on an “as-is” basis​

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with a receipt or order confirmation.​

This refund policy applies to the following purchases:

  • Orders placed in store​

Time to process refunds

The time to receive your refund depends on when and how your item was returned.​

  • Returning in-store – Your refund will appear in your account within 3-5 days.​
  • Returning via your own courier  – Please allow up to 7 days for this to appear in your account once your items have been received by us. 

All refunds will be made back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We will be more than happy to exchange your item/s within 30 days if they are unused and in a resalable condition, and you have your receipt or order confirmation. This doesn’t include the items listed above unless they are faulty. Any re-delivery will incur a delivery cost which we will arrange with you before the exchange is sent. 

Faulty products

If your item develops a fault within 30 days of purchasing or receiving it, don’t worry at all, as we’ll offer a full refund or exchange.

  • If you bought your item in-store or via our Click & Collect service, please return your item to us. 
  • For any orders placed online, please contact our customer services team who will be happy to arrange a return or replacement at sales@manorequestrian.co.uk

If your product develops a fault after 30 days but within 6 months of purchase or receipt of the goods, we’ll look to repair or replace the item/s in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Shipping policy

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Manor Equestrian cannot accept the return of any customised, special order or made to measure items (such as non-stock riding boots , hats or customised jackets) other than where there is a manufacturer fault which cannot be rectified. Cancellation of any custom order will incur a 50% fee payable to Manor Equestrian.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order this can be done with no charge to you, the customer (this excludes custom orders). No reason is needed for cancelling an order and it can be cancelled at any time during the order process starting immediately after the order has been placed on the website. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the goods were ordered, this period is more commonly known as a cooling off period. After this time you are unable to cancel the order without a valid reason i.e. the supplied goods are faulty or defective in some way. Any orders cancelled within the order process or the cooling off period will need to be returned to Manor Equestrian at the address given on your invoice. The cost of the return postage for the goods is the responsibility of the customer. Any cancelled orders will have funds returned to you via your method of payment. Custom orders are confirmed by Manor Equestrian prior to order with the manufacturer, after confirmation of these orders any cancellation will incur a 50% cancellation fee payable by the customer.

Warranty – General Notes

All product warranty is in addition to your specific legal rights. All statutory rights remain unaffected. Unless stated, all of our products are new. The warranty protects the original owner & is not transferable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. It covers all defects in material and manufacturing but does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, modification or damage caused by neglect. Damage caused by failure to follow fitting instructions is also not covered. The warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential losses, the cost of return for testing or the cost of removal and re-installation.

Complaints Procedure

Should you feel that any aspect of our service does not meet with your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your complaint may be sent to us at our trading address provided on our invoice, marked for the attention of Customer Services. All letters of complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt. Where complaints cannot be fully addressed within 5 days a letter or e-mail of acknowledgement will be sent stating the likely timescale before a comprehensive response. We strongly recommend that such letters be sent by recorded delivery.

General information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
